FOCI is committed to providing high-quality eyewear and a fair, transparent after-sales experience. This Returns and Warranty Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or covered by warranty. By purchasing from FOCI, customers agree to the terms set out in this policy.

Returns are accepted only for eligible products that are unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories intact. Customers must initiate a return request within the specified return period communicated at the time of purchase or on the FOCI website. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including customised products, prescription lenses, or items expressly marked as non-returnable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. FOCI reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund or exchange.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and approval. Delivery fees and logistics charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to FOCI. Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability.

FOCI products may be covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage applies only to defects arising from materials or workmanship and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorised repairs, or modifications. Cosmetic changes, scratches, or damage caused by external impact are not considered manufacturing defects.

Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period and must include proof of purchase and clear evidence of the defect. FOCI reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer an alternative solution at its discretion where a valid warranty claim is approved. Replacement products may differ slightly in colour or design depending on availability.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned or warranty items and ensuring they are delivered to the designated return address. FOCI is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

This Returns and Warranty Policy operates alongside applicable consumer protection laws in Nigeria and relevant regional regulations. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.

FOCI reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
