  Can I return my product if I’m unhappy?

  You may return unused products within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Custom prescription lenses or clearance items cannot be returned.

  How do I initiate a return?

  Contact FOCI support with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending back the item.

  What does the warranty cover?

  FOCI frames are covered against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches or damage caused by misuse.

  What if my glasses break under warranty?

  Send a photo and description of the issue. If the claim is approved, FOCI may repair or replace the frame, or issue store credit at our discretion.

  Do you accept exchanges?

  Exchanges are possible if the frame size is wrong and the product is in unused condition. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
