Q: Where does FOCI deliver?
FOCI currently delivers nationwide across Nigeria, including Lagos, Abuja (FCT), Port Harcourt, Delta State, South‑West, South‑East and Northern regions.
Returns & Warranty FAQs
What does the warranty cover?
FOCI frames are covered against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches or damage caused by misuse.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days for Lagos, 2–4 days for Abuja and other major cities, and 3–7 days for other locations. Actual times may vary due to logistics or public holidays.
Can I return my product if I’m unhappy?
You may return unused products within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Custom prescription lenses or clearance items cannot be returned.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination. You’ll see the total before completing payment.
What if my glasses break under warranty?
Send a photo and description of the issue. If the claim is approved, FOCI may repair or replace the frame, or issue store credit at our discretion.
